3. Quotations, Inquiries, and Inventory Availability
Submitting an equipment request through this site does not constitute a confirmed equipment booking. A binding agreement arises exclusively upon:
- Issuance of a formal written Hardware Manifest and Quote Schedule by our operations desk;
- Verification of venue delivery dock access, floor loading criteria, and technical power availability;
- Receipt of client purchase order confirmation or agreed deposit payment.
All rental stock is subject to prior commercial commitment until formal reservation confirmation is counter-signed.
4. Client Obligations: Venue Access and Custody
When rental equipment is delivered to a customer-designated facility:
- Loading Dock Access: The client is responsible for securing loading bay permits, freight elevator access, and clear transit hallways between loading areas and the meeting room.
- Electrical Hygiene: The client must provide stable, surge-free mains electrical circuits conforming to specifications outlined on the technical manifest.
- Custody & Risk: Risk of physical loss, theft, water ingress, or impact damage passes to the client from the moment delivery is completed until equipment is re-checked by our recovery team. Clients must maintain adequate commercial general liability and hired equipment property insurance.
5. Intellectual Property
All layout structures, graphic assets, SVG schematic diagrams, domain branding, technical prose, and CSS design code comprising curiosityquibly.com are the exclusive intellectual property of CuriosityQuibly AV Systems Ltd. Reproduction, automated crawling for dataset generation, or unauthorized mirroring without explicit prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in England and Wales:
- Neither CuriosityQuibly AV Systems Ltd nor its directors shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, interrupted conferences, presentation failure caused by third-party guest laptops, or venue internet bandwidth degradation.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms, any dispute arising from the use of this website, and any commercial contracts formed pursuant to rental requests shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, United Kingdom.
